Originally from Venezuela, I witnessed the ups and downs of life there – polarization, conflict, and increasing poverty. This got me thinking about a career in politics and public policy

I got my Bachelor's in Liberal Arts from Universidad Metropolitana de Caracas back in 2019. I've been in the trenches with a cool consulting company called ECOEM since 2017, helping small startups and non-profits find innovative solutions in the heart of Caracas.

Somewhere along the way, I discovered Design Thinking and the wonders of Human-Centered Design. It hit me that I could make a real impact by helping small companies create products and services that truly resonate with their users, and I've been digging into various research techniques ever since.

I often find myself collaborating with passionate founders and innovators who genuinely care about their products' growth and evolution.
