The Habit Loop
A habit has a basic structure: A cue that triggers a behavior, a routine, and a reward. This is also called Positive Reinforcement

Main Assumption
On average, young adults lack commitment when they try to develop a new habit, either because their priorities change in time and/or because there is no sufficient awareness of their motivations

Competitive Analysis
We learned that while reminders and motivational features such as streaks, third-party accountability, and rewards are standard among competitors, they don’t fully leverage behavioral science principles
I believe that Pro-Habitum should prioritize the basic structure of habits (cues, routines & rewards) to be more effective and to facilitate the development of self-awareness
